Purchased a love seat and Sealy mattress from Sofa City. Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful with meeting our needs. He listened to us and recommended a few options. He didn’t lead us immediately to the most expensive he provided numerous choices and gave us time to test them. Kathy and Brandon were also very accommodating. The love seat wasn’t in stock and they all arranged to have one delivered to our home the next week. The furniture in the store is great quality and well constructed. The prices are good and the store is very well kept. Would definitely purchase from Sofa City in Joplin again. Highly recommend not only met, but exceeded our expectations!

I walked in to inquire about a different piece and walked out with the most amazing sectional for a competitive price! The staff was genuine and went the extra mile to make sure I left with what I wanted. It was quick, easy and affordable! Additionally, the moving crew that they contracted were kind, friendly and FAST! Overall, a great experience and we will definitely return for future needs! 10/10

Brent was very helpful in finding us the right furniture. He stayed with us and showed us all the features of each item. We ended up getting exactly what we needed and at a great price! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Will shop there again!

Brad was very informative and helpful. He asked a few questions and was able to match both my mom and I with comfortable mattresses and bed frame. His manager Brent was amazing with the check out process and getting us set up with delivery. Highly recommend. I was nervous about being able to afford a whole new mattress and frame but they made it so easy. Will definitely be coming back to buy a sectional!

My great Salesman Bradley Cooper had written me a quote several months ago and honored his price for the bed! That alone says something about him and the store! Great selection, reasonable prices, layaways, financing for all credit types! If you need new furniture, this is where to go! Delivery and set up as well! Take a look at the photos!

We were so happy with our purchase of our L shaped couch. So much so we returned a few days later and bought the matching ottoman and an end table. Not to leave out my husband and "HIS" chair. Our salesman Chris F. was WONDERFUL to work with! Please tell him we sent you! Hes just a great, down to earth family man! The cat came separately!
